I am on a fixed income, don't own a car anymore. Seeking a place with Utilities & Wifi included. I am mindful of turning lights off, utility expenses. I prefer living in and maintaining an organized and very clean environment, the alternative is disturbing to me. 🍀🫖
NOTE Regarding smoking: I checked "NO" in profile because if I checked yes, people assume it will affect them. I respect non-smokers and their environment. My vehicle and home inside was always the same as a non-smoker.
However, I have always enjoyed going outside to smoke 3-4 times a day. I dispose of my cigarette butts properly, no fire hazard, non left on ground and no smell anywhere. (All cig butts are kept inside a container with lid on it. Disposed of carefully and properly)
