Preferences include minimal dishes in the sink, clean floors (I have a robot vacuum I can contribute! lol), an organized fridge so we know whose stuff is whose, and a fair distribution of chores. Parking space is a must-have. Smoking and excessive messiness/dirtiness are dealbreakers.
