Room wanted in Downtown Seattle, WA

WA native, recently back home after 31 years in 3 other states--most recently Arizona. I'm very happy to be rediscovering the PNW.

I work as the Business Manager + Experience Lead for a local private chef collective. I'm in my late 40s, independent, active, curious, and probably a little younger in spirit than that number suggests. I LOVE humans and coffee. I thoroughly enjoy good food, cooking, being near the water, paddle boarding, getting outside, exploring neighborhoods, interesting conversations, native spirituality, and finding new things to do around the city.

At home I'm equal parts friendly and self-contained. I enjoy actually knowing and liking the people I live with, sharing a meal or conversation here and there, while also having plenty of space for our separate lives. I'm conscientious about shared spaces and genuinely like living somewhere clean, beautiful, comfortable, and cared for.

I'm looking for more than four walls and a bedroom, but I'm not looking for an instant best friend or a party house either. The sweet spot is a home with good energy, mutual consideration, easy communication, some laughter, and people who can comfortably be themselves around each other.

Ideally I'm looking for a longer-term home base in Seattle with good access to the city, nature/water nearby, and a house that feels relaxed and welcoming.
