Room wanted in Austin

I am a professional male aged 31. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $1000/month. I can pay the first two months upfront. I don't have any pets and I am a tidy person. I will probably get a mini fridge, so I won't clutter up yours! In my free time I like to go out and try new things, paint and play video games. I am very respectful of other peoples peace and privacy and I'm always willing to make comprises if someone needs to make changes. I moved to the area to take care of my mother and unfortunately she has passed, so I need to find a new place. I get along with pretty much anybody. I think other people would describe me as kind, gentle and accepting of others. I'm hoping to share a place with someone that holds similar values. If you have animals that's always a plus to me! I'm not in a huge rush, but I am hoping to be able to move in by the 1st of June. Thanks for your time!
