Looking for a room in Hoboken or Jersey City

Hi, my legal name is William, but I go by Andrew. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room in Hoboken or Jersey City, ideally with easy access to public transportation.

My budget is flexible, but I’m mainly looking in the $900–$2,000/month range depending on the place, location, and roommates.

I am a Ramapo College Graduate of 2024 with a major in political science and I’m currently self-employed as a poker player and make around $5,500/month. My plan is to save and attend law school in the future. I’m responsible with rent, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty easy to live with.

I’m looking for a place where people are friendly but also respect privacy. I’m usually focused on work, real estate studying, and keeping a stable routine. I’m clean, quiet, and not looking to bring drama into anyone’s home.

Ideally, I’d like to live with roommates who are reliable, respectful, and communicate well. I’m open to different setups as long as the place is safe, clean, and a good fit.
