Hey everyone! I'm currently looking for a room (or roomate for house hunting) in Brooklyn moving mid-August!
I'm Ayberk, 24 years old, architect and game developer from Istanbul, Türkiye. I'm starting my Master's degree in Architecture at Pratt this fall.
As a roommate I'm easy to live with, social and fun but I also know when to keep things chill. I keep shared spaces clean, I cook (and I'm not bad at it), and I'm usually out during the day. When I'm home I'm either editing videos, playing games, listening to music, or recovering from the gym.
What I'm looking for: a private room, ideally around $1000-1200/month + utilities, somewhere in Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Bed-Stuy basically anywhere with a decent commute to Pratt.
Long-term preferred (1+ year). International student-friendly situations are a big plus since I'll be handling most of this process from abroad.

Any tips about renting (room or entire house) in NYC are also very welcome 🙏
