Looking for sublease with possibility of extending into early fall. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I take good care of shared spaces. I keep a pretty low-key lifestyle during the week and appreciate a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m responsible with rent and communication and am flexible on move-in timing if needed. A furnished room would be great but isn’t strictly necessary. I’m happy to live with roommates who are friendly and considerate.
