ISO a new roommate

Looking for a new female roommate (preferred but open to a male roommate if it’s the right fit) to either search for an apartment together or to join a lease/to join my lease. My roommate is moving out at the end of our lease in Sept. and I’d like to find a place with a shorter commute to the city, or worst case find a roommate to move into my apartment with the me. I love my apartment, I just wish I was a bit closer to the city/work. I’m allergic to cats so I cannot live with any cats, but I’d be open to someone who has a dog. I’m looking for 1-2 roommates and do not want a space with more than 3 people living together (with myself included), but would prefer a 2BR. I like to occasionally host friends but not often or for large/loud parties, and I’m open to having my roommate(s) host as well. I like to keep the common areas clean and tidy and want roommates who are also clean and respectful of common areas. I don’t bring the party home and am looking for roommates who feel the same. I am okay with and would like my roommate(s) to be okay with significant others staying the night occasionally.
