Active professional looking for a quiet place

I am a 35 year old physical therapist and will be working full time in Laguna Hills. I'm looking for a place that is clean and fairly quiet. I own a home in Vegas where I rent rooms so I am a considerate roommate. I don't smoke or drink much. I like meal prepping, going to the gym and walking places. I like going to new restaurants and coffee shops. I have a pretty low key life and will travel back and forth from vegas at least 1x/month. My long term boyfriend of 10 years will come visit me for 2-4 days a month while I am working in Laguna. He is also a professional and has a full time job in Vegas. I prefer a private bath and bonus if it is an en-suite. I'm looking forward to connecting if we seem like a fit!
