Single mom looking for room for rent

My name is Jess, I am a 37 year old graphic designer and restaurant server. I got a divorce last year, I have 2 children ages 10 and 11 well behaved. I get my kids every other week for 7days. Currently my rent is too high and my bills fell behind. I dont qualify for an apartment and need a room for rent. I work 2 jobs and need to save money for a place of my own with my kids. They will stay at their dads but will visit from time to time if allowed. I need a 6 month lease to save my money. I have a cat who is so good and I can surrender him but hope to not have to, he is so sweet and gets along so well with all animals and people. Also vaccinated and fixed. Not a deal breaker if cat isnt allowed.
