Female looking for a room in LA or San Diego

I’m very clean and respectful. I like to keep to myself. I’m quiet and enjoy staying home and reading or watching tv. I work out every morning at 5am before work and then spend my evenings at home. I love being outside, I love hiking, I love to run and lift weights. I love yoga and Pilates. Health and fitness and mindfulness are extremely importance to me. I enjoy quiet weekends. I enjoy solitude. I enjoy meditation. I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs, I don’t smoke, and I don’t party. Im newly divorced and starting over with nothing, so I’ll need a furnished room. Ultimately, I’m looking for a clean, private, quiet sanctuary to call home long term while I get on my feet again. My ideal spot would be as close to the beach as possible with a private bathroom and private entrance, an ADU or something similar. I always pay rent on time and can pay in advance if needed. I’m not in a hurry, just trying to find the perfect room :) I’m currently providing hospice care for my beloved auntie. So my plans are to move when she passes. I’d rather live with women or an older couple and I prefer longer term leases. I don’t own any animals as my soul dog just passed after 16 years.. so if you have animals, I will love and cherish them as my own. I love animals so much but I don’t think it’s fair to own one right now as I’m renting rooms. I do love children too and will be kind, patient, and encouraging to your babies. I’ve been a veterinarian technician for 15 years but also considering going back to school part time to further my education, perhaps a nursing degree.
