Room wanted near East Bay, must allow cats <3

I am available to move beginning of June and have a budget of $1500/month including utilities and other expenses.

I have a cat who wouldn't get along with another cat, but dogs could be okay!
I would like to share space with females ideally over 21.
I am currently in an in between spot in life trying on disability for my chronic back pain.

I'm looking for someone compassionate and kind to live with and understanding of my disability. I am not able to commit to a lease unfortunately due to my situation, but I have money saved and can afford a place until the end of the year.
