Looking for a single bedroom

Evening! I’m John.
I’m 42, on my way to 43 in September. I’m gay. Male. Single. Whatever pronouns suit your fancy. I work for Arapahoe County Libraries. I’ve lived in the same apartment complex for 7 years—all this to say, I’m self-defined, independent and stable. I’m also whimsical, generally in a good mood, outgoing, convivial, assertive, conversational—do other people like me exist? That’s what I’m after.

My apartment management company recently changed and the newbies have breached the contract in approximately 39 different ways. I can leave when I want but am under no obligation to do so until September. Though, the sooner the better, really.

So, I’m putting out some feelers and posting some ads. Looking for one room in a communal living situation in South Aurora/Centennial, within 4 miles of Smoky Hill Library—I walk to work—that can fit a king sized bed, with a decent closet because, clothing, for $800-$1100 with utilities included.

I don’t smoke weed, I don’t care if you do so long as my sleeping quarters and wardrobe don’t smell like it. I drink socially. I’m invested in my job, my hobbies, my family and friends and human beings, creativity and curiosity in general.
