Hello,

My name is Ricardo Parchment, and I’m reaching out to inquire about the availability of a room for a 6‑month rental, with the possibility of extending. I’m a travel worker who recently accepted a permanent position at Sharp Memorial. I’m 47 years old, originally from Brooklyn, NY, and I’ve been working in California as a traveler for the past 11 years.

I typically stay in Airbnbs, but for this next chapter I’m looking for something more stable and suitable for a longer-term arrangement. Most of the time it’s just me—I work, go to the gym, and unwind watching Netflix. My girlfriend visits occasionally, but only for short stays. I also meal prep on Sundays, usually simple salads or light cooking after work.

I’m very accustomed to shared living situations and always make it a priority to be respectful, clean, and mindful of others. I take pride in being a considerate tenant.
