Looking for a quiet room in Inwood area

I’m a 41-year-old musician, audio engineer, and educator. I teach at a university, and I run a professional music studio in Hudson Heights.

I spend most days outside working either at the studio, on location or at a school. At home, I’m very quiet and low-key: mostly sleeping, watching some TV, and doing light meal prep. All music production happens outside the apartment; occasionally I do administrative work or teach a lesson or two on Zoom.

I've no gender preference, open to / supportive of LGBTQ households, have no problem with pets (unless too many). All I care is that my roommates are responsible and ideally professionals.

I’m planning to move in June and am looking to stay for one year (with the possibility of longer). I don’t host gatherings, drink socially, and spend much of my free time attending classical music events.

I’m looking for a quiet, peaceful place in the neighborhood I know and love, ideally close to my studio.
