Quiet furniture designer needs Venice room now

I am a professional male aged 54. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $1500/month. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I live a healthy lifestyle. I go to the gym every morning. No drinking no smoking. I am very quiet. I do a lot of reading as well as in writing. I design and manufacture furniture for the hospitality industry. I do work with designer’s. i am looking to come back into town. I’m originally from the Pacific Palisades. I have left since the fire. I have family as well as friends in the area. I’ve been away for a while and looking to come back. Looking for a simple quiet place.
