Hi everyone! My name is Grady. I am a 22 year old recent graduate from UC Santa Cruz looking t move to San Francisco to pursue being a pediatric medical assistant.
I am looking for a private room (or a housing group to search with). I am looking in areas of San Francisco like the Richmond, the Sunset, Pacific Heights, and Russian Hill. My budget is $1,600 and I would prefer if there was parking accommodations, but street parking will be okay if it is relatively easy to find.
As for a little about me: in my free time, I like going to the gym, playing videogames, digital art, hiking, watching baseball, playing golf, and hanging out with friends. I am a pretty clean person. If I ever leave a mess (which is not often at all), I make sure that it is not in communal areas so that it is not affecting anyone else. I also value hanging out with my housemates so it would be great to live with people who also want to hang out. I am also queer. If that is an issue, I'd rather be straight up about it and not let it become an issue later.
