Hi! I’m an incoming graduate student at Hofstra University looking for a private room in a clean, safe, and respectful environment starting around mid-June or July.
I’d strongly prefer female roommates/households. I’m pretty quiet, clean, and spend most of my time studying or relaxing at home. I don’t smoke or party, and I’m looking for a calm environment that feels comfortable long-term during grad school.
My budget is ideally around $900–$1300 including utilities, and I’d prefer somewhere with convenient transportation or a manageable commute to Hofstra. Furnished is a plus but not required.
