Looking for a new room in a safe quiet place

Hi everyone, I'm Christin.
Born and raised here in Cali, moved back here 3 years ago.
Im looking for a private room, shared bath or private is fine. Not picky, as long as they are clean and not in there all the time.

I will be recycling my bed and getting a new one so an unfurnished room is ideal. I have about 7 storage bins with kitchen rhings and art supplies so if there's storage, awesome. If not ill keep them in my room. Its not enough to rent a space.

My current house is in a pending lawsuit to be sold. Its been very stressful and recently overnight guests via other roommates have been breaking house rules and I honestly just feel unsafe.

I work full time in Santa fe Springs. M-f 7-330. Been working here 3 years and can verify with stubs. Credit i think 750+ ill have to check bur im ocd about bills and paying on time.

I love to garden and bake. I will have some potted plants with me so I hope theyre okay out in the yard or patio.

I have no pets, I lost my girl in April and I miss her terribly. I do love animals though. I also dont drink, smoke, vape, or do drugs. I keep to myself, so no overnight guests either. If I start dating, that will be... something. As I love myself and my independence.

My family all live in Huntington, so I usually go see them. My mom will come by on the weekends to take me to lunch or run errands. All my best friends live in texas, I haven't made many friends being back here, so im open to start doing that. Im usually home on the weekends resting or in the garden, or running errands.

I prefer laundry in the home, I dont use harsh smells or chemicals. I clean the dryer trap and wipe down the washer after use.

I would love fridge/freezer space and space in the kitchen for my pans and bake wear. I have an air fryer and a stand mixer that can be commually used as long as they are kept clean. I meal prep sundays and prep my breakfast/lunch everyday when I get home from work. I will take the trash out if its full, restock tp if its empty, Im very observant on things like that. I am not wasteful on utilities at all.

I have a couple of those black storage bins with yellow tops, so if there is storage for those in the garage or shed, that would be great. I can also try and condense them, too.

I do enjoy my peace and im in my healing era, as ive had many losses of wonderful people and my pet in 2025 and 2026. So I stay away from negative people, places or things.

Let me know if id be a good fit. I can move out any time in July. Id love somethint long term where I feel safe. Thats the most important.
