Looking for a new adventure

Hi everyone, I'm Christin.
Born and raised here in Cali, moved around for a while, and settled back here 3 years ago. Due to the home I currently occupy being sold, I need a new place to call home. Here's a little about me and what im looking for.

I work full time in Santa fe Springs. M-f 7-330. Been working here 3 years and can verify with stubs.

Great credit, pays on time, very type A, organized, bills, life, all of it.

I love to garden and bake. I will have some potted plants & a stand coming with me so I hope theyre okay out in the yard or patio. If the house is okay I'll bake cookies and desserts and leave them to share. (Used to be a pastry chef back in the day, I still enjoy it from time to time) I am meticulous in the kitchen and clean as I go. So no messes are left behind. No mess=no bugs.

I have no pets, I lost my girl in April and I miss her terribly. I do love animals though. I also dont drink, smoke, vape, or do drugs. I keep to myself, so no overnight guests either. If I start dating, that will be... something. As I love myself and my independence.

My family all live in Huntington, so I usually go see them. My mom will come by on the weekends to take me to lunch or run errands. All my best friends live in texas, I haven't made many friends being back here, so im open to start doing that. Im usually home on the weekends resting or in the garden, or running errands.

Parking is okay on the street, or where available. as long as its safe.

Unfurnished please. I have my own bed, tv, dresser and desk.

I prefer laundry in the home, I dont use harsh smells or chemicals. I clean the dryer trap and wipe down the washer after use.

Im ok to share a bathroom as I keep things very clean. I always clean my bathroom bi weekly. I would hope my other roommates are clean too. I cannot stand messy or smelly homes.

I would love fridge/freezer space and space in the kitchen for my pans and bake wear. I have an air fryer and a stand mixer that can be commually used as long as they are kept clean. I meal prep sundays and prep my breakfast/lunch everyday when I get home from work. I will take the trash out if its full, restock tp if its empty, Im very observant on things like that. I am not wasteful on utilities at all.

I have a couple of those black storage bins with yellow tops, so if there is storage for those in the garage or shed, that would be great. I can also try and condense them, too.

I do enjoy my peace and im in my healing era, as ive had many losses of wonderful people and my pet in 2025 and 2026. So I stay away from negative people, places or things.

Let me know if id be a good fit. I can move out any time in June or start fresh July 1st. Id love somethint long term where I feel safe. Thats the most important.
