Hi! I’m currently living on the Upper East Side and looking to move to Hell’s Kitchen. I’m flexible on rent depending on the space and overall fit.

I’m very neat, respectful, and easygoing. I love going out to see friends, explore the city, and enjoy everything NYC has to offer, but I’m also more of an early riser, so I usually appreciate quieter evenings during the week.
