Looking for responsible roommate.

Looking for roommate: MANHATTAN ONLY. I’m 22 and budget is 2150. Own a rabbit, ideally I prefer someone around my age female who’s an animal lover and will not have an issue with a bunny and also has a similar or greater budget. I’m fine with a male roommate as well but you MUST be okay with rabbits and be also within the budget or greater than. And yes I have many buildings in mind that are great to split.

ABOUT ME: I’m extremely ambitious, with many goals and backup plans. I currently work two jobs, first as a doorman, and then as a server at a fast casual restaurant. Im really into movies and television, architecture, history, nature, and I’m super health conscious. I know TONS of wonderful places in the city to go out and eat. I also know lots of great spots to explore and have fun at. I’m not much of a drinker unless invited to, no drugs, not a fan of staying up late. I simply like to make money, get closer to my goals, cozy up with my rabbit and enjoy good film or television. I also like to/need to cook, and I also like going out to eat and shopping at expensive healthy grocery markets.
