Hi! I’m a grad student, neat, quiet, and responsible. I’m looking for a room or studio in Boston to stay only on weekends, ideally for a long-term arrangement of about one year.
I would only need the place for a few nights per month, so I’m looking for an arrangement where I can pay based on the nights I actually stay, rather than paying for the full week or month.

I’m flexible with the location and details, and I’d be happy to discuss a fair nightly rate. Please let me know if you have anything available. Thank you!
