Veteran Seeking Master Suite/ large room+bath

Hi! I’m a quiet, respectful veteran with stable income currently in dental school, looking for a peaceful long-term living arrangement. I’m clean, responsible, and value a comfortable, well-maintained home environment. My partner is also a veteran, but he WOULD NOT be living there full-time—just visiting about every other week for around a week at a time.

I’m looking for a furnished large private room or master suite , walk-in closet, private bathroom with a full vanity, kitchen access, ample food storage space (I cook about 4 times a week), laundry access, and a parking space. My budget is up to $1,100/month, and I’m looking to move before June.
