Hey there guys. I am a massage therapist who is here for the time being. I work long flexible hours and an active social life. I am hoping (tentative plans) to start school in another country in Summer 2027/winter 2028. So, hoping to transition into the five-points neighborhood area with some cool people until then! I do wants to disclose I am working with a below average credit score but a good income. I'm a clean and tidy roomie who cooks a lot and will use common areas often. I would prefer (not a hard rule though) to have a familiar relationship with my roomie rather than 2 strangers paying rent. I am currently in a roomie situation, but it has proved to not be so convenient for work and social life so i want to emphasize wanting a roomie/apartment in the Five Point or surrounding area.
