I am looking for a place to stay in or around NYC from mid-May or early June to late August/early September. I am looking for a private furnished room in a safe area. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and generally do not house guests. I don't require much space in order to be comfortable. Female roommates only, please.
I am allergic to cats, but all other pets are fine by me. I would prefer a smoke-free household (while I am 420 friendly, the smell of smoke in particular bothers me). I often keep to myself quietly while at home but I am happy to be social while in common spaces. I clean up after myself.
I am a recent college graduate and am currently searching for work. I have the funds and support needed to pay rent.
