Good Morning! I am looking for a room in San Diego, preferably near NMCSD. I have stable employment, and am looking to lower my living costs to a minimum to save for a property of my own. I do not drink, smoke, or use any drugs. My work schedule is constantly rotating thus a quiet house will be a necessity. I tend to keep to myself, and keep my environment tidy. My Daughter (5yo) will be staying with me 2-3 nights per week, that is non-negotiable. Would prefer one reserved spot or plentiful opportunity for street parking. Also, I have a bearded dragon that would stay in his enclosure with the exception of outdoor adventures. On-site EV charging would be a plus but definitely not required.
