Hi, I'm 31 and am looking for a room to stay in for 3 months to 8 months. I'm looking for someplace quiet, clean, safe and private. I'm open to it being furnished, unfurnished or paritally furnished.

Typically, I am a quiet person. I am a poet and enjoy talking on the phone, so there are times I can get a little loud. I'm happy to make adjustments though, such as getting a noise machine. I am also creative, and laid back as well. I value direct communication, transparency, authenticity and flexibility in a roommate or host. If we have a problem, regardless of how big or small it is, I want to be able to solve it in a mature and mutually beneficial manner.
