Graduate Student Seeking Short-Term Lease

Hi! My name is Chelsey, and I recently relocated to Southern California for a fresh start and to pursue new career opportunities while completing my Master of Business Administration. After spending a few years in Las Vegas, I decided it was time to settle into a community where I can build a reliable career while finishing my degree.

I am currently applying for full-time positions throughout the Los Angeles area, so I'm looking for a month-to-month room while I complete my job search. If everything works out and we're a good fit, I would be interested in discussing a longer-term lease once I secure employment.

A little about me—I’m friendly, respectful, clean, responsible, and fairly quiet at home. Most of my free time is spent studying, applying for jobs, reading, or working on school projects, so I tend to have a relaxed and low-key lifestyle.

I am traveling with my sweet tabby rescue cat. She uses her litter box consistently and has soft gel nail caps applied to help prevent scratching.

Ideally, I'd love to find a female roommate who is flexible with a short term lease and lives a similar lifestyle. I'm excited to establish myself in California, finish my MBA, and begin the next chapter of my career while contributing to a positive household.
