Retired Artist & Weirdo Seeks an Abode

I'm a retired writer/artist/crafter. I'm quiet, somewhat introverted, with a prominent sense of humor. Most of my time is spent either designing and creating things, or looking for information. I'm tolerant of differences, and try to cooperate -- to reach a balance. I'm not a slob, I don't leave messes for others, but I'm not obsessive about tidiness. I'm experienced with home repairs, and organic gardening. I am open to a certain amount of non-strenuous work in exchange for rent (I'm old, you know....).

For a roommate/housemate, I prefer a relatively quiet person, not a slob, but perfect tidiness not required. Low noise level (music not playing ALL the time, no chainsaw use inside, etc.). Someone tolerant and accepting of other ethnicities, races, genders and LGBTQIA+
