LOOKING FOR AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM IN NEW YORK CITY (Manhattan, preferably no further than 60th Street)

Essential requirements: • Building with elevator • Step-free or ramp access • Accessible room I don’t need bathroom access (I have my own toiletries)

Budget: $1,500–$1,850/month Availability: mid-June onwards (flexible) Preferably long-term

I am looking for a spacious and wheelchair accessible room, that is, for wheelchair access, therefore without steps, for long term. I would like to clarify that I do not need access to or use of the bathroom, as I use my own personal equipment.

I am an Italian professional business consultant in possession of a regular US Visa. I am humble, polite, respectful, discreet, cordial, and friendly. I have mobility impairments in my legs and use a wheelchair; however, I would like to reassure you that I will be out of the house mostly during the day for business and will not cause any disturbance.
