Hi everyone, I’m looking for housing in DC / Arlington area for a May move-in.

I’m 23 and starting a new position in Arlington on May 18. I’m looking for either:

- a private studio / efficiency, ideally under $1,600–$1,700 all-in

- or a private room in a clean 2 bed / 2 bath setup with one roommate

Strong preference for a clean place, private bathroom if shared, and reasonable access to Metro. Arlington, Columbia Heights, Dupont, Adams Morgan, Navy Yard, Alexandria, Pentagon City, Crystal City, Rosslyn, Courthouse, Ballston, and nearby areas all work.

I can provide proof of employment / offer letter, passport, references, and proof of funds. I’m clean, respectful, quiet at home, and easy to live with.

I’m available to tour quickly and can move fast if it’s a good fit. Please DM me if you have anything available or know someone looking for a tenant/subletter.
