Room wanted in Twin Cities Area

Hello,

My name is Shaun, and I am a 43-year-old Special Education Assistant. I am also a father of two daughters, ages 18 and 21, who are both living independently. I consider myself responsible, reliable, quiet, and respectful, and I am currently seeking a room to rent.

I wanted to be transparent and mention that I’ve had a few recent credit challenges due to a temporary loss of income related to a health issue, which has since been resolved. However, I have a strong rental history and have lived in the same residence for over 10 years.

A little more about me:

I am currently in the process of filing for divorce after 24 years of marriage, so I find myself in need of a room to rent. I work M-F 8-4 and on weekends I try to do things with my daughters or hang out and game at home. I love to travel and go to concerts when I can afford it. I enjoy socializing, but I am a bit shy at first or quiet in larger group situations. I am clean, polite, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. Some of the thins I enjoy are music, video games, cooking, going on walks, watching TV / movies, card / board games, bowling, camping, fishing, going to the range, NFL, MLB, WWE, and more. I also collect Disney pins and certain Funko Pops.

I do have two pets a cat and a medium-large dog whom I love very much and hope to not have to part with, although if necessary I will find other arrangements for them.

I am seeking a home with chill fellow roommates, who respect each other's privacy, communicate clearly and calmly, and friendly. Deal breakers for me are: people who are overly religious or political, those who do not clean up after themselves, partyers, heavy drinkers, or anyone into hardcore drugs . I do not care if you are male, female, LGBTQ, or whatever as I am open minded and easy going.
