My name is Kai, I’m 23, and I’m currently looking for housing between July–December (flexible!). I’m open to either joining an existing household or finding 1–3 people to get a place together.

About me:
I work in Antelope and commute by bike, so I’m looking in areas like Antelope, Roseville, North Highlands, Citrus Heights, or anywhere within about 30–40 minutes.

I have two cats 🐱🐱 — they’re well cared for, and I keep their litter box in my room. While I’m at work, they’ll stay in my room, and when I’m home and awake, they’ll be out in shared spaces. I’ll fully cover all pet-related costs.

Budget:
I’m comfortable paying around $1,200–$1,400 for rent (not including utilities, deposits, or pet rent).
I’d prefer a larger or master bedroom because of my cats, but I also believe in fairness — I’m happy to split rent based on room size so it feels balanced for everyone.

Living style:
I’m looking for a shared home vibe, not just people coexisting. I like contributing to the space and am happy to share kitchen items (I have appliances, dishes, etc.).

• Dumbbell set (up to 35 lbs) + workout bench
• Compact rowing machine + ab machine
• Other small kitchen items

What I’m looking for:
• Respectful of shared and personal space
• Communicative (especially about guests — a quick heads-up is perfect)
• Cat-friendly if there are other pets
• 420-friendly household — I only smoke outside and would prefer the same (edibles are fine inside)
