Howdy!! I just turned 26, recently moved out here to California from Michigan and I’m looking for a room for rent.

I am a Dancer and a DJ who also enjoys cooking, going to festivals and keeping a clean, peaceful space. I’m easy to get along with as I value consideration of others and while I’m open to being friends or even just vibing, I can respect privacy/personal space.

I have a car but parking won’t be super necessary, I’m sure I can find a spot, but I do have a short haired Tabby who will be in the room with me. He is friendly and just turned 5 this year, so most of the time he just sleeps or lounges during the day.

I do have steady income and can pay a deposit and/or first month’s rent up front. While flexible, I’m ideally looking for something in LA or nearby areas as my job and most of my gigs happen to be around there.
