Room wanted in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA

Hispanic male, age 29 looking for a small or large room in Hollywood, Ktown, Echo Park, Mid City, WeHo, East LA or any surrounding areas.
I am available to move asap and have a budget of $1,100/month. Got deposit ready as well.
I would prefer to share with males age and occupation don’t matter to me so long as we can be respectful to one another and each others belongings/general areas.
Would love to find roommate that is responsible/reliable with bills, preferably clean (at least in common areas), and just an overall laidback persona. As I feel those are some qualities I myself carry.
Work full time restaurant manager, don’t have to get close and hangout (I know how to mind my business), but also wouldn’t mind making friends with future potential roommates as I am an outgoing person.
The house vibe is better when it works out that way but not a deal breaker.
I do love to spend time outdoors, love nature, hiking, the beach, parks, movies.
Picking up on hobbies that include reading, journaling, going to the gym, drawing.
Love movies and music festivals.
I do smoke w**d, don’t mind if I have to smoke outside. Also, I have one cat. She’s the sweetest, loves people (timid at first), and she’s never aggressive stays in her lane also she’s not an outdoor cat.
