Moving to NYC in June looking for a homey space:)

Hi, I’m Maya! I’m relocating from California to New York City in June and looking for a place I can genuinely call home — somewhere comfortable and welcoming where everyone feels at ease.
I’m 24 and I work in hospitality. I’m a big communicator — if something’s ever off, I’ll always choose to talk it out first so we’re both comfortable. I know how to respect people’s space and boundaries, and I’m just as happy to hang out as I am to give you your space. No eggshells, just good energy.
Outside of work I’m into museums, art, and music, so you’ll probably find me out exploring the city on my days off.
I’m ideally looking for something long term but I’m open to a minimum of six months. My budget as of now is $800. I’m responsible, my priorities are in order, and I’ll always be upfront about anything that matters.
Would love a space where we can both feel at home.
