Easygoing creative + bartender wants bright room

I'm 30 years old and looking for a room in Manhattan starting August 1, with a budget up to $1,800/month.

A bit about me: I bartend at a well known nightclub in Manhattan, and on the side I do content creation and I'm building my own business. Between the three, I'm focused and busy.
I keep common spaces clean, I'm respectful, and I'm easy to live with.
Heads up that my hours run late, so my schedule will probably be opposite to a normal daytime household. I'm quiet coming and going and won't be in your way. I do like to be out of the house and enjoying the city a lot.
My one real must have is natural light. A bright room with good windows makes a big difference to me.
I'm after a low key household, though I'm always open to becoming friends. Happy to share with men or women, any age.
I can also provide a reference from my previous roommate of three years, happy to share on request.
