I’m very clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep to myself, take care of the space, and I don’t smoke indoors (only outside). I also have no criminal history and am completely fine with a background check.
Id love to find somewhere drama free, safe, and quiet. I respect others privacy and expect the same. A huge plus would be my own private guest house or Casita, but that isn't a necessity. As long as I have my own room and private bathroom that would be great!
