Looking for Long-term Sublet

Hi. My UWS lease is ending and I’m looking for a legitimate, more long-term sublet beginning June 1st. I’m preparing to star in an off Broadway play and need at least six months, but could go as long as a year or longer if possible.

I’m in my later 20s, am a hard-working actor/bartender, an active sports enthusiast who also enjoys hanging out, going to the movies/theater, and visiting what the city has to offer. I’m reliable, respectful, am not interested in drama, and have excellent rental history and references. I’m open to a furnished rental would but would prefer unfurnished so I could bring my own belongings if possible.
