I am a professional male aged 35. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $900/month or less. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I am soon-to-be-divorced and cannot afford the crazy housing market on my own due to college loans. I work full time (40+ hrs). My schedule is mostly set but does fluctuate some. I'm usually up around 7 on work days and going to bed around 10:30 or 11. I am a gamer both tabletop and video games. I can keep to myself or hang out depending on peoples' preferences. I do not partake in alcohol or substances of any kind. I am respectful and "domesticated" meaning I know how to clean up after myself.
