Quiet, clean, disciplined DC/Northern Virginia cosmopolitan father/husband (one adult daughter, one son at Va Tech) looking for short/long term rental near Va Beach. Prefer unfurnished and all included; six months to one year lease. I don’t drink alcohol, nor smoke anything (no vaping), nor use drugs. Completing two more manuscripts for publication hopefully by the end of the Summer, maybe necessary into Autumn. Doing local "small town" research (gig economy, political utility, real estate investment). I can provide utensils, sheets/towels, small appliances, cleaning supplies, anything else the home or other roommates may need.
