Hello! My name is Kyle. I’m looking for a furnished room to rent in the Burbank/Glendale area from June 14th to September 12th.
I have a corporate internship in Burbank/Glendale this summer, so I’m looking for a furnished room or an apartment to rent on a month-to-month basis. I’m looking for a quiet, stable place to live while I focus on work.
About me: I’m 25 and originally from New Jersey. I went to school at Boston University. I currently live in Las Vegas because I’m an Air Force officer. This corporate internship is part of my transition out of the military. My hobbies include hiking, photography, and traveling!
Habits: I’m looking for roommates who are clean and respectful. Drug-free and non-smoking are absolute musts. I will not be working from home, but I will be home during the evenings. I’ll spend most of the weekends out of the house. I’d prefer a home with no pets, but I can live with pets if they can remain outside the bedroom.
Budget: Flexible depending on whether I’m renting a room or subletting an apartment, but I’d prefer a room.
