New York or Nowhere

Hey everyone! I’m moving to NYC soon and currently looking for a room or sublet (open to both something short-term or a longer-term lease). I’m looking for a late May or June 1 move-in, but I’m flexible on exact dates.

A bit about me:

I'm 24 and work in engineering with an in-person 9-5 schedule. I am originally from California and recently spent some time living and traveling in Asia. In my free time, I enjoy volleyball, climbing, yoga, and the occasional run. I also like exploring the city, whether that is walking around new neighborhoods, going to parks, or trying new food spots with friends :D

I am clean and considerate in shared spaces, and I keep a pretty low-key weekday routine. I like having a calm, tidy place to come home to, but I am also open to the apartment being a chill social space, as long as things stay easygoing and quieter on weeknights.

Overall, I am looking for a comfortable, easygoing living situation with communicative people. I am pretty independent day-to-day but would also like to be friendly with roommates and open to hanging out occasionally.
