Looking For Room in SFV Starting 6/1

44, gay, working professional in mental health, looking for a room in the Valley. Ideally North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, or Tarzana, but open to the right situation.

Budget is around $1150, can stretch a bit for something exceptional like a private bathroom or a great setup.

I don’t drink, don’t use drugs, and don’t smoke (I do vape, just keeping it honest). I work a lot but also value sleep when I can get it! I’m pretty grounded, and I genuinely value a calm, respectful home environment.

I’ve been living in shared housing for the past 2 years, so I’m very used to coexisting with others. I keep things clean and organized, but I’m not the guy measuring dust levels with a ruler. Think “you’ll never have to clean up after me,” not “I’m inspecting your baseboards at midnight.”

Personality-wise, I’m easygoing, social when it makes sense, and also totally fine doing my own thing. I’m a bit of a night owl, but always respectful of noise and shared space. No random chaos, no surprise after-parties, no nonsense.

Looking for a 3 month situation to start, and if it’s a good fit on both sides, happy to keep it going. Not trying to force a long-term commitment right out of the gate, but open to it naturally.

Bottom line, I’m the kind of roommate who pays on time, respects your space, and doesn’t bring drama into the house.
