I’m looking for a roommate for getting a 2 bed in Chelsea. I’m also open to StuyTown, East Village, or Hell’s Kitchen.
I really enjoy reading, movies, board games, and walks. I am somewhat social and like meeting new people, but I'm not really into drinking or partying. I generally sleep at around 11:00 p. m. I would prefer to room with someone that is relatively clean (in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom) and not loud, especially at night.
My budget for a 2B is $2200-300 each. I’d also prefer getting a building with an elevator and I would prefer somewhere close to a subway station. No hard constraints other than that.
