111 Corridor

Chill, established male professional looking for a house share / roommate situation in the Rancho Mirage ~ Palm Desert ~ Indian Wells area. Location should preferably be not too far from the 111 but must be South of the 10 freeway. My budget is flexible.

Looking to share a well-maintained residence. Arrangement must be a 1-year lease and both house and roommate/landlord should be clean, organized non-smokers, as I am. Respectful of privacy. Pets are OK if they are not boisterous, noisy, etc. Preferably no shared bathroom situations. I like bright sunny spaces, not dark claustrophobic ones. I can bring my own furniture or make use of the existing layout.

No loud music; I am a clean, quiet, employed professional that has lived here PT for 15 years and FT for little over a year. I am financially secure - and you should be too. I own my own home elsewhere, and am out of town every other weekend. Our visitors - I will have very few - should all be trustworthy and respectful too. I am very handy fixing things and have been a luxury property manager in the past.
