Hi, I’m looking for a private bedroom in a shared apartment or shared house near the 2700 S, Gilbert Rd area in Chandler, AZ (85286). Male household only.
Budget: $500–$700/month
About me: I’m a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois Chicago, and I’ll be in Chandler for a summer internship from mid-May to mid-August. I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep things clean and organized and follow house rules. I don’t smoke and maintain a calm, professional lifestyle. I’m easy to get along with and value a peaceful, comfortable living environment. Open to short-term lease or sublease options as well.
