Professional Woman Seeking Room – LV

I’m a 52-year-old professional woman who works in guest services at a timeshare resort on the strip, looking for a room in the Las Vegas area, available around September 24. My budget is up to $750/month, and I’m especially interested in a room with a low or no security deposit.

I’m quiet, clean, respectful and easygoing, and I value a peaceful, comfortable home environment. I’m independent and generally keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and enjoy getting to know the people I live with. I’m not looking for a party-house environment.

I prefer to share with women, ideally 40+, and am open to living with someone older as well. Since I rely on public transportation, convenient access to bus routes or the Monorail is important.

I already have my own bed and basic furnishings, so an unfurnished room is perfectly fine. I’m looking for a safe, stable place where everyone respects one another’s space and the home feels peaceful.
