Place to routinely visit TN family

Greetings,

My name is Victor Chavez and I am a retired Warrant Officer from the Army. After retirement I became a digital nomad for a while but it became too much of a hassle. Now, I travel and visit family. My son lives there in Chattanooga and I also have family in South America and Spain. The difficulty I have had is that my son’s place is too small for me to visit one or two weeks every few months. I started to use hotels. It has become cumbersome and expensive actually. My son did a great job of putting my mail in a box but I think it’s time I just rent a room with a lease. I visit 3 or 4 times per year and don’t stay longer than a couple of weeks. I would like a garage space or a parking space for a car. I am married but she doesn’t like to travel too much. Nevertheless, she might be with me during the visit. I can almost guarantee that if she is with me we will travel to tourist sites in the States as a secondary priority to visiting my son. So, the time in the room would even be less.
