I’m a financially secure and highly reliable individual who balances a busy work-school schedule. Because of my work schedule and my dog, I’m often out during the midday and evening, but when I’m home, I value a peaceful and clean environment. I’m a firm believer in open communication and treating shared spaces with a high level of respect. I stay on top of cleaning and love maintaining a tidy, organized home.

I come with a standard Labradoodle! He is the perfect apartment companion: fully trained, non-shedding/hypoallergenic, and super friendly.

I am available to move June 1st and have a budget of $1500/month. I have no preference for the gender of my roommate(s) as long as everyone is respectful and responsible.

I'm also open to teaming up to cosign a lease!
